Morrison can design and manufacture a custom needle loom for your unique product. These machines can be of multizone configuration with speeds up to 800 SPM. Long needle beam stroke lengths up to 10 inches are available. When your machine requirements are rejected or deemed unaffordable by the traditional needle loom manufacturers, give us a call.

Morrison also manufactures a lab loom for product testing. This machine is designed for maximum flexibility along with interchangeable needling plates for various densities. This machine features a single board downpunch configuration at 12 inch width.
